  The tellers are always nice and very helpful but there’s always only a maximum of 2 tellers working at a time which causes very long wait times to be helped

  Closed out my business accounts. Banking here for 10 years - finally had enough. My business debit card was canceled with out my knowledge. When I went to use it for a purchase; it was declined. Turns out "For security measures" they issued me out a new debit card which I never received in the mail. Visited the branch twice before I received my new card (third attempt for the bank to send it out). Four days after I received my card, I was sent an urgent email stating they need "Business documents" or they will be closing my accounts. Remind you I have banked here for 10 years and just talked to a Relationship Manager at the branch the week before. The email was sent to me on a Sunday when I could not talk to anyone or visit the branch. So, if you wish to close my account - I agree it is time I find another bank.

  This place sucks! The waiting line is horrible!! There's a woman I think named Sandra she is racist a** F*** she makes me have a hard time every time she attends me!!
